Function	Ceramic spot welding machine is a fully automatic equipment that welds nickel wires onto ceramic substrates. The single product after the ceramic substrate stack is automatically welded to the nickel wire.
Applicable Spec.	This equipment is a fully automatic device composed of a wire feeding and cutting module, a flattening module, a turntable carrier module, a carrier calibration module, a CCD spot welding module, a reference platform module, a substrate loading module, a substrate handling module, a defect elimination module, a finished product unloading module, and a carrier cleaning module.
Speed	Single substrate: L84 * W2.5 * T0.66 nickel wire: diameter 0.23, wire length can be freely set, substrate and nickel wire can be changed according to the customer's product size carrier.
