This equipment adopts two sets of CCD as the visual alignment imaging device, through the hardware image and processing to determine the center point of Mark, as the basis for the cutting position. The whole cutting machine mechanism consists of angle adjustment axis, platform moving axis and servo system of cutter axis, the image system is integrated by PC software, and the automatic loading and unloading system can be added to replace the manual loading and unloading and manual alignment, which greatly improves the cutting quality and efficiency.
